Canada’s only free, national, bilingual, anonymous and confidential phone and online professional counseling service for youth (for ages 20 and under). They have access to a database of over 37,000 local resources and deal with big or small concerns, 24/7, 365 days a year.
Jack.org is a charitable organization founded as the legacy of Jack Windeler, who tragically and unexpectedly died by suicide. It is focused on initiatives around creating conversations about mental health, and encouraging young people to take care of themselves and their peers. The Kelty Resource Centre offers information and resources on a wide range of mental health and substance issues affecting children and youth, as well as resources for adults with eating disorders.
Mindyourmind.ca is a non-profit mental health program that engages youth, emerging adults and the professionals who serve them to co-develop reliable and relevant resources.

The Family Navigation Project at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre is a call-in and email navigational service to guide and support families who have youth struggling with mental health and addictions concerns.

Tel-jeunes is a free, confidential resource for young people throughout Quebec, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
